SHANGHAI IE EXPO 2016 – POST EVENT REPORT
In the first week of May, OWAC attended the last edition (like in 2015, too) of the international trade fair IE EXPO 2016 (by IFAT), which took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). This event is getting very important, as Wang Yuqing, President of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, noted: “IE expo is a very good platform for the promotion of environmental products and technological communication. This year there are a lot of exhibitors from an extremely wide range of fields. The foreign exhibitors are especially active, which is a reflection of the fast growth and promising future of the environmental industry in China”.
OWAC was also pleased to have shared this experience with one of its Chinese partners, China Electronics Innovation Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (CEIET); together we have been carrying out some industrial projects in the He Nan Province, with the purpose of improving the processes and the design of plants for the treatment of urban waste.
