Campania, one of the Southern Italian Region, needed to quickly identify the subject (as defined in the art. 26, subsection 6, letter b) of the Legislative Decree no. 50/2016) to whom assign the service of verification, before the construction, of the executive project for the composting plant of 35,000 t/year of Organic Waste from the MSW separate collecting system in the Municipality of Battipaglia (Salerno Province). So the Regional Administration has issued a regional decree (no. 14 of 29.12.2016) to invite OWAC ENGINEERING COMPANY S.R.L. to attend the negotiated tender procedure concerning the above mentioned service. As a matter of fact, OWAC is one of the qualified subjects according to the list approved with the Regional Decree no. 10 of 10.11.2016
