OWAC Engineering Company provides O&M services for production of energy from renewable sources of own realization or outsourcing.

A constant analysis allows us to quickly respond to faults, while a precise ordinary maintenance allows us to avoid most of the common issues.

Our Remote Monitoring System, developed by skilled OWAC technicians, is aimed at checking the functionality, productivity and efficiency of the plant. The monitoring is done remotely from our OWAC every day.

Thanks to our monitoring system, each plant component is monitored: modules, strings, electric boxes (DC parallel or control boxes), switches, inverters, safety devices, ambient data logging, UPS, …

In addition to provide a continuous data analysis, the Remote Monitoring also allows us to quickly detect faults in the plant. This way, production losses are minimized.

With the OWAC Remote Monitoring it is possible to:

• constantly monitor the actual energy production respect to the expected one, analyzing the plant performance, collecting data of production, irradiation, weather conditions, uptime and performance ratio;
• planning and implementation of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
• quickly detect faults (down time, production losses, dirty modules, over-temperatures, shadowing) in order to limit the production losses as much as possible, thanks to a rapid response by OWAC technicians;
• deliver to the Customer a Monthly Report showing the history of alarms and interventions made during the month, and the comparison between the actual and expected monthly production;
• O&M and optimization of spare parts.
